Requirements

  • Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Food Handler Card required (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
  • Must be able to continuously stand, walk and lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Must be able to frequently bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Will seldom be sitting, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a connected, team-first environment by assisting kitchen and service team members as needed
  • Maintain awareness of the work area and support overall kitchen flow throughout the shift
  • Demonstrate a service-oriented, optimistic, and professional attitude at all times
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and Heart of House (kitchen) equipment
  • Clean and maintain trash bins and deposit garbage in designated dumpsters
  • Keep floors clean and free of spills, food, trash, and other obstacles
  • Clean walk-in cooler and dish area daily
  • Organize and properly store all clean dishware, pots, pans, and storage bins
  • Perform opening and closing cleaning duties
  • Maintain all safety and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and Health Codes
  • Ensure all utensils and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly
  • Operate, assemble, disassemble, and descale the dish machine as needed
  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
  • Maintain proper rotation of dishware, pots, pans, and storage items
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume Heart of House environment
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures while contributing to a clean, safe, and memorable environment for fan (guests) and team members
