Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep and other duties as needed
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste and recyclables
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies to uphold the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen
