About The Position

The Dismantler is responsible for safely and efficiently breaking down electronic equipment and components for recycling. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, recycling, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to work either morning or night shift as assigned
• Must be able to submit to Criminal Background check and Drugscreen.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

• Previous warehouse, recycling, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Dismantle electronic devices and components using hand tools and power tools
• Sort materials into appropriate categories (metal, plastic, electronics, etc.)
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily production goals and quality standards
• Assist with moving materials or pallets as needed
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
• Work collaboratively with team members and support overall warehouse operations
