About The Position

TR Miller is a fast-growing, award-winning home services company committed to excellence and investing in our people. We are seeking an experienced and energetic Dispatch Manager to lead our dispatch operations and drive technician efficiency, scheduling optimization, and exceptional customer service. This role oversees the daily performance of the dispatch team and collaborates closely with Service Managers, technicians, and Call Center leadership to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2+ years leadership experience in a Call Center, Dispatch or Customer Service environments
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities
  • Proficient with dispatching and CRM software systems (ServiceTitan preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position (seated) for prolonged periods (up to 8 hours/day)
  • Frequent use of computer, keyboard, and telephone headset

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily dispatch operations to ensure efficient scheduling across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service lines
  • Monitor technician routes, job progress, and availability to maximize productivity and prioritize emergency calls
  • Assign jobs accurately based on technician skill level while balancing workload distribution
  • Identify scheduling gaps and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and performance
  • Collaborate with the General Manager, Frontline Managers, and Call Center department to align scheduling with business goals
  • Coach, mentor, and develop dispatch team members to maintain a high-performance, customer-focused culture
  • Generate and analyze performance reports to support data-driven decision-making

  • Pay: $63,000 – $75,000/annually based on experience including bonus potential
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm (Occasional Saturday coverage during peak season)
