About The Position

TempToHire Please no phone calls- if you have 1-2+ years of recent dispatch and scheduling experience and stable office experience- please email your updated resume ASAP to [e-mail] AND [e-mail] Application must be submitted to the Douglasville GA03 location office for review Monday-Friday 7am-4pm Ideally dispatching experience for a manufacturing/distribution environment is ideal, but not required BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST REQUIRED ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manage all service quotes and requests. Make final dispatch decisions if Service Manager is unavailable. Responsible for addressing related dispatch concerns. Responsible for the submission and ensure accuracy of timecards at the end of each week. Make sure all jobs are closed out correctly and on time. Monitors service calls making proactive adjustments to maximize on-time performance. Oversee improvement in customer satisfaction and dispatch satisfaction. Communicate with managers as needed to maximize efficiencies and resolve issues. Ensure adherence to safety rules, government regulations and company policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Comply with all OSHA Safety and Health rules and wears personal protective equipment at all times as required. Other duties as assigned. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. One to two years previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience. Basic reading, writing and math skills required. Requirements
