Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Dispatch experience (HVAC or plumbing preferred)
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Service Titan and/or Dialpad is a plus
Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch technicians
- Monitor daily schedules and update work orders
- Confirm next-day appointments with customers
- Communicate with field staff
- Handle basic paperwork and maintain records
- Coordinate installation schedules, parts deliveries, and warranty procedures
- Answer customer questions and concerns
