About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Coordinate and dispatch delivery schedules to ensure efficient and timely service. Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to maintain smooth daily operations. Monitor route performance and proactively adjust plans to address changing conditions. Utilize dispatching software and tools to track orders, equipment, and logistics. Support problem‑solving efforts to address service issues and improve workflow.
Requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to make sound decisions and adjust plans based on real‑time information.
- Competency using computer systems and dispatch or logistics tools.
- Commitment to providing excellent service to internal and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
