Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must successfully pass a background check
  • General knowledge of cannabis products, paraphernalia, and industry trends
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Ability to work weekends and some holidays

  • Experience in high-volume retail or sales environments
  • Experience with Greenbits POS

Responsibilities

  • Deliver industry-leading customer service while fostering a welcoming, compliant, and professional store environment.
  • Lead by example to build, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop employees to support individual and team success.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with team members and promote a collaborative workplace culture.
  • Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day dispensary operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Manage core operational functions including cash handling, inventory management, and inventory audits .
  • Audit and maintain online menus to ensure accuracy and alignment with in-store inventory.
  • Work with the inventory team to ensure stock management and fulfillment standards are consistently met.
  • Ensure all operations remain compliant with local, state, and Bureau of Cannabis Control regulations .
  • Train and supervise employees to ensure adherence to company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Run weekly staff performance reports and monthly attendance reports.
  • Schedule and coordinate employee performance reviews.
  • Assist the General Manager with project planning, operational improvements, and team management.
  • Address operational or staff issues promptly and effectively.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager or Ownership team.
