Own and drive the technical roadmap, breaking down complex problems, setting technical strategy, and establishing foundational architecture patterns for new ventures. Be an expert at rapid technical iteration, prototyping, and learning from user feedback to validate product-market fit. Build and lead initial engineering teams, then scale and manage larger technical organizations (including hiring, mentoring, sprint planning, delivery, and technical operations). Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering teams to deliver best-in-class SaaS and platform experiences across the Labs venture portfolio. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 10+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of building and scaling SaaS/platform products from the ground up. 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital asset development, including cryptocurrencies, blockchain protocols, and decentralized applications (dApps).
