About The Position

Title: Distribution Associate Location: 4740 Victory Ln, Indianapolis, IN 46203 Onsite: This role requires associates to work from the posted locations full-time, enabling consistent face-to-face collaboration, teamwork, and direct engagement. The Distribution Associate is responsible for preparing items for shipment, processing incoming stock, and restocking packing supplies. How you will make an impact

Requirements

• Requires a H.S. diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Nice To Haves

• At least 3 months of related experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, and strong oral and written communication skills are strongly preferred.
• Experience with a pallet jack may be preferred.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office software including Excel, Word, and Outlook is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Picks product, packages shipments according to product specific protocols, and prepares shipping labels.
• Processes incoming stock and verifies quantities received against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Restocks packing supplies and maintains a clean and orderly warehouse.
• Makes deliveries on an as needed basis.
