About The Position

Lead efficient, standardized operations at our distribution center that delivers excellent Customer experience. You’ll lead day to day operations, implement and improve Lean processes, oversee projects to enhance safety, quality, service, and cost-effectiveness, and drive ongoing process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4–7 years’ experience in continuous/process improvement (distribution/warehouse preferred)
  • Green Belt required (Black Belt preferred)
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and process management tools

Nice To Haves

  • Black Belt preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver day-to-day operations to exceed operational KPI’s standards
  • Lead and sustain continuous improvement initiatives
  • Train and guide staff in Lean/process improvement
  • Oversee and track key projects (kaizen, A3, etc.)
  • Analyze operations for improvement opportunities
  • Ensure standardized procedures and effective change management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders
  • Perform other duties as needed
