About The Position

We are currently seeking a reliable Box Truck Driver to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Safely maneuver a 26-box truck to efficiently transport goods and products to designated locations. Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure on-time deliveries Load and unload merchandise from the truck using appropriate equipment and techniques Verify and confirm the accuracy of delivery orders with customers Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on the vehicle Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery receipts Communicate with the dispatch team and customers to provide updates on delivery status Handle any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner Follow company policies and procedures regarding delivery schedules and protocols Role Requirements: Previous experience as a box truck or delivery driver Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes Excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to safety Ability to handle the physical demands of loading and unloading goods Good communication and customer service skills Basic math skills for verifying order quantities and handling cash transactions Attention to detail and accuracy in completing delivery paperwork Ability to work independently and follow instructions Flexible schedule with the willingness to work occasional weekends or overtime Physical demands: This position requires the ability to safely operate and maneuver a 26‑foot box truck for extended periods. The role involves frequent lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading of goods, which may include items of moderate to heavy weight. Candidates must be able to bend, reach, climb in and out of the truck, and use material‑handling equipment as needed. The job also requires standing, walking, and performing repetitive motions throughout the workday. Drivers should be capable of completing routine vehicle inspections and handling varying weather conditions while performing deliveries.
