The Distribution Operations team supports the firm’s capital raising and investor coverage efforts by providing accurate data, reporting, and process support that enables the Client Partnership Group to operate efficiently. The team partners closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to maintain CRM and reporting systems, deliver pipeline and performance insights, and improve distribution workflows. The team ensures clear visibility into sales activity and supports informed, data-driven decision-making. Primary Responsibilities: This role supports the day-to-day analysis and execution of sales distribution operations. This role focuses on data accuracy, reporting, and process support across sales channels and distribution partners.
