NOW Courier is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Independent Contractor to handle a distribution route within our established operations. This is a consistent opportunity for a reliable driver who believes every delivery is more than just a drop-off—it's an opportunity to make someone’s day.
Your Mission
Deliver with Clockwork Precision: Ensure that cargo is picked up and delivered to our valued customers on time, maintaining NOW Courier's reputation for reliability and punctuality.
Route Mastery: Utilize GPS or mapping software to plan and follow efficient routes, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal fuel usage.
Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers with professionalism and warmth, handling questions or issues with empathy.
Problem-Solving Skills: Think quickly and adapt when faced with challenges such as traffic delays or address changes to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.
Route Details & Schedule
Commission: $125 per day (Route Guarantee).
Schedule: 4 days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Start/End Time: 07:00 AM Start, typically completing by 12:00 PM or completion.
Required Vehicle: Car.
Weekly Mileage: Approximately 600 miles.
Daily Stops: Averages 10 to 30 stops daily.
Geographic Area: Covering MI and IN zip codes: 49038, 49120, 49022, 49023, 49102, 49103, 49107, 49085, 49106, 49127, 49128, 49129, 49126, and 46556.
Sorting: None required.
Vehicle Requirements
Candidates must possess a reliable Car.
The vehicle must be 2016 model year or newer. This ensures the vehicle meets modern safety and reliability standards and provides adequate space for cargo.
