This position will manage District 5’s human resources program, ensuring compliance with all laws, policies, and collective bargaining agreements. Oversees HR operations, supervises HR staff, and serves as the lead on employee relations and disciplinary matters in coordination with Central Office HR. Administers district drug testing, supports quality assurance reviews, and ensures consistent application of HR policies.
