About The Position

The District Manager will take the lead in finding talent for the stores in their designated area. Managing and developing store employees will include encouraging and motivating them to reach their potential and be engaged in their work. Also, the District Manager will train and evaluate store employees while inspiring them to reach the company’s fiscal and operational goals. The District Manager will take ownership in driving sales in their designated area, providing guidance and resources to team members to help execute company strategies. This will include the managing of budgets and marketing efforts to maximize the opportunities for each store in their portfolio. In addition, the District Manager’s responsibilities will include human resources, accounting, payroll, maintenance, and revenue management duties as well. The District Manager will report up to corporate leadership and will work with leadership to set goals, present results, and drive the success of their designated area.

  • 3+ years of multi-location experience in retail or similar industries or other customer service operation with responsibility for running 5+ stores.
  • Must be willing to travel for work (generally, in California, focused on Southern California)
