This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, perfect for those who want to be in control of their time and income.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of B2B outside sales experience where you've consistently hit (or exceeded) your targets
  • A track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams in the payments or merchant acquisition space
  • A valid driver's licence and current auto insurance (you'll be out in the field)
  • A true hunter who thrives on the chase and love opening doors that others walk past
  • You are self-sufficient when it comes to pipeline generation: prospecting, cold-calling, networking
  • You're naturally driven, curious, and always looking for ways to level up your game
  • Professional, high-integrity, and someone who brings urgency without drama
  • A genuinely good human who aligns with our four core values

Responsibilities

  • Build genuine relationships with small and medium-sized business owners to become their trusted adviser on all things payments
  • Partner with Xplor Pay colleagues across Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, and Sales Support to get new merchants up and running smoothly
  • Own your pipeline in Salesforce and manage your day, your deals, and your momentum
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations using our electronic application tools
  • Educate merchants on the payments landscape and help them see what's possible with the right partner
  • Close deals and hit your targets (because that's where the rewards are)
  • Stay connected with your sales leadership
