As the District Manager you will help ensure that these locations in your market meet and exceed the organizations standards in leadership, customer service, safety, quality, operational excellence, and financial performance. As a District Manager it is expected that you set high standards for both yourself and your team by living and exemplifying our Company’s Vision and Values. Requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills including active listening
  • Experience with team building
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong work ethic and professional attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Five+ years of retail experience, with at least three years in a management role with demonstrated experience developing and leading high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results
  • For this position, an unexpired Driver’s License is required.
  • Additionally, a motor vehicle record check “MVR” will be run on the successful candidate post-offer.

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates experienced with managing multi-unit site locations in retail and car wash or lube centers are encouraged to apply.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading, developing and coaching the General Managers and Site Managers to high performance
  • Ability to successfully recruit and onboard new employees, train, and coach staff, when needed assist Site Managers in the scheduling of employee shifts, with strict adherence to overtime policies, perform activities around employee engagement, performance management, and recognition
  • Maintain a focus on growing sales volume and increasing site profitability
  • Manage operating P&L metrics and understands how expenditures/costs impact business margins and pricing
  • Ensure that customers are satisfied and that any inquiries, incidents and issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Ensure the sites follow all approved safety procedures
  • Ensure the sites follow all approved vehicle damage claim procedures
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
