As a District Sales Manager in our On-Premise channel, you will lead a high ‑ energy team responsible for driving $15–$30 million in annual revenue across 150–300 accounts. You’ll guide and inspire a group of talented sales representatives and floating merchandisers, developing their skills while ensuring our portfolio is represented with excellence throughout your territory. This role blends strategic leadership, people development, and hands ‑ on market execution, giving you the opportunity to make a visible impact on business results. You will build strong relationships with key independent on-premise customers, applying your industry knowledge to influence distribution, displays, and programming that support brand growth. With a focus on accountability and collaboration, you’ll run effective sales meetings, lead territory planning, support program execution, and ensure your team has the tools to achieve their case and revenue goals. You will also serve as a culture ‑ carrier, modeling Gallo’s intrapreneurial mindset, championing innovation, and fostering a team environment grounded in ownership and performance.
