HPC Industrial , Powered by Clean Harbors, is looking for their next Industrial Services District Sales Manager out of Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Georgia or Florida to join their safety conscious team! Responsible to grow, expand and maintain a required minimum base of revenues and number of customers within an assigned district; responsible for managing all Account Managers with the assigned district. Requirements

  • The ability to multitask.

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience working with CRM Preferably Salesforce
  • Strong working knowledge of Industrial Cleaning (i.e. Turnarounds, Hydro blasting, Vacuuming, Tank Cleaning, SMS, LDAR, etc.)
  • Ability to think strategically and develop long term and short-term sales plans
  • Must be able to travel 50% or more
  • Minimum 5 plus years of experience within the industrial cleaning industry.
  • Prior supervisory experience required
  • Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and ability in people management.
  • Ability to comprehend the English language, written and verbal.
  • Previous sales or Operational management experience is required .
  • Professional appearance and attitude; create good work environment
  • Understand financial reports; ability to use simple numerical analyses to drive decision making

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for growing, expanding and maintaining a minimum base of revenues and number of customers within an assigned district
  • Manage all account managers and LOB Sales Specialists within the assigned district
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and promote communication between operations and sales team
  • Collaborate with the operations team to meet budgetary goals while maintaining customer satisfaction and job efficiency.
  • Take initiatives with sales team to promote cross sell and upselling of the organization
  • Assisting in the development of marketing campaigns that are designed to expand brand recognition and highlight the benefits of company products and services.
  • Researching and monitoring market trends, competitors' sales activities, and consumer needs
  • Assisting in the development of marketing campaigns that are designed to expand brand recognition and highlight the benefits of company products and services
  • Develop short- and long-term strategies for growing Industrial Cleaning business to achieve company objectives, including sales plans and forecasts
  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of Industrial Cleaning methods, and HPC's technical and operational capabilities
  • Overseeing the preparation of sales proposals and negotiations
  • Managing, training and mentoring sales team members
  • Assisting with product development and pricing strategies
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
