About The Position

We are currently seeking a FUN, ENERGETIC, and ENTHUSIASTIC Seasonal Poolside Culinary Specialist to join our outdoor pool café, Dive Inn, for the summer season. This position runs from May 19, 2026 through September 2026. In this role, you will provide friendly five-star service while preparing simple, high-quality food items in a fast-paced outdoor café environment. You will help ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming space while delivering consistent products that meet club standards. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

  • Entry-level professional cooking experience is a plus but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of food allergies, cross-contamination, and dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian).
  • Must have a positive attitude and strong desire to work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

  • Offer friendly five-star service to members and guests.
  • Utilize kitchen tools such as knives, ovens, grills, deep fryers, toasters, and sandwich presses to prepare menu items according to recipe after proper training.
  • Maintain fast and accurate service to ensure an excellent member and guest experience.
  • Ensure all food products meet quality and consistency standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Dive Inn café area.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player to support fellow employees.
  • Prioritize safety and proper sanitation within the outdoor pool café environment.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.
