About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Division Laboratory Director to oversee laboratory operations across multiple healthcare facilities. This role focuses on improving laboratory performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or Laboratory Science
• Medical Technologist (MT) background required.
• 5+ years of recent experience as a Laboratory Director, Manager, or Lab Consultant.
• Experience managing multi-site laboratory operations
• Strong knowledge of clinical laboratory operations and healthcare financial management.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Membership in professional healthcare or laboratory organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee laboratory operations and performance across multiple sites.
• Conduct operational assessments, utilization analysis, and process improvements.
• Manage budgeting, billing processes, and financial performance.
• Implement laboratory test menus, equipment standardization, and reference testing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams including laboratory leadership, pathology, supply chain, and IT.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Provide regular operational and performance reports to leadership.
• Lead and support laboratory directors and managers.
