About The Position

Join our team as a senior developer, where you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering innovative web solutions. At ENTRUST Solutions Group, we’re proud to be an industry leader in engineering and consulting services - helping modernize, protect, and strengthen essential infrastructure across the country. If you enjoy collaborating with innovative teams, and seeing your work make a real-world impact, this could be a great fit for you. We’re expanding our web management and deployment capabilities to make core processes transparent, reliable, and easy to use. In this role, you’ll be the hands‑on engineer who builds and runs Django web applications and APIs, replacing spreadsheet‑driven workflows with clean, SQL‑backed web interfaces. You’ll work closely with our core development team, who focus on domain functionality, while you own the web layer end‑to‑end—from application design to deployment and long‑term operational reliability. No GIS experience is required; this is straightforward web app development, deployment, and environment stewardship. You’ll design, develop, and deploy user‑friendly Django apps that support quality control, work and ticket management, and approvals, creating self‑service interfaces for hundreds of internal processes. You’ll fully own the Dev/QA/Prod environments, including releases, monitoring, logging, alerting, and email notifications, and you’ll help establish simple, repeatable CI/CD and deployment practices. Along the way, you’ll document everything clearly, introduce best practices, and act as a trusted partner—translating ideas into practical architecture, improving UI/UX for real users, and communicating proactively as the team moves quickly. We’re seeking candidates in the Bay Area who can be local for multi‑day, in‑person kickoff meetings. What We Offer: A supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and encourages innovation. Opportunities for professional growth and career development. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and flexible work schedules. This position pays between $124,800 and $145,600 annually and is an exempt position. Benefits offered include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
