About The Position

The Document Control Administrator is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enforcing document control procedures for all construction projects. This role ensures that project documentation is accurate, current, properly distributed, and compliant with company standards, contract requirements, and regulatory obligations. The position supports Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and Executive Leadership by providing organized, timely, and reliable document management throughout the project lifecycle.
