We are seeking an enthusiastic Document Control Analyst to join our team. This role provides outsourced operational/transactional business process support for clients. It ensures quality service and operational performance within the parameters of both the client needs and contract. Duties typically include support for routine "back office" processes, data entry, order and application processing, document verification, accounting support and preparing mailings. Decision making is tightly controlled and defined at lower job levels while greater latitude is permitted at higher levels, all the while focused on efficient processing of high-volume transaction-oriented assignments. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience
  • Formal education or experience providing exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts
