Canoe is seeking a Document Management Coordinator to monitor our document collection process across investor portals and email inboxes. The Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the timeliness and completeness of document capture for Canoe’s clients. This role is designed for a highly detail-oriented and organized individual who can reconcile system outputs versus expected results. The Document Management Coordinator will monitor investor portal activity and escalate issues as needed.
