About The Position

Join a dynamic team as a Document Scanning and Data Entry Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and organizing important documents. You will work with MRP/ERP software (AS400) to accurately enter subcontract data, invoices, purchase orders, and slips. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support and data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.

Nice To Haves

  • Any experience in accounting and/or purchasing is an advantage.
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, or utility industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Scan and file documents including slips, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Enter subcontract data into MRP/ERP software (AS400).
  • Perform extensive data entry tasks.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.
