The position involves supervising 3-5 Domino's Pizza stores, ensuring that operations are followed and standards are maintained. The role requires the ability to lead people, hold them accountable, and review purchase orders for the locations. Additionally, the supervisor will review team schedules to ensure proper labor goals are met and must be able to multitask and jump in if needed. Responsibilities also include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, conducting daily inspections of stores to ensure food quality and safety, and maintaining good employee relations and communication skills. The supervisor will monitor stores' daily progress using live reports and ensure that proper administration is completed by the management team. Coaching managers on all aspects of food cost and how to effectively control it is also a key responsibility, along with verifying that daily and weekly inventory is conducted and maintaining Domino's operations standards.
