Reporting to the Executive Director, Athletics Donor Engagement, the Donor Engagement & Premium Events Specialist will provide strategic leadership for game-day, premium area hospitality across football, basketball, women’s gymnastics, softball and baseball to ensure a seamless and high-impact donor experience. Key functions of this role include supervising game-day personnel, including Sooner Club Stewards; coordinating and collaborating with internal partners and external vendors; leading communications and engagement efforts for premium seat holders to maximize satisfaction and stewardship; and assisting with special initiatives such as tours of Gaylord Family Oklahoma Memorial Stadium. Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of hospitality, restaurant management, conference or event planning, or sports venue management experience. Occasional evening and weekend work required. Please note that this is an on-site role in Norman, Oklahoma.
