About The Position

The Donor Relations Officer plays a central role in delivering thoughtful, consistent, and high-quality experience for the Federation’s most committed donors. This position focuses on stewardship, project management, and execution across key donor engagement initiatives, ensuring that donors feel valued, recognized, and connected to the impact of their philanthropy. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across teams to support complex projects, donor communications, and long-term stewardship strategies

Requirements

3–7 years of experience in donor relations, customer service, hospitality, alumni relations, or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build trust and rapport
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, with strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with strong follow-through
Comfort drafting written communications and working with digital tools, including approved generative AI tools
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across teams effectively
Donor relations experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and rapport
Excellent organizational skills
