As a Waterton Door Person, you will provide efficient door service for residents and guests of the community. You will monitor and maintain a courteous lobby environment. Above all, you will have a passion for exceeding resident expectations and providing exceptional customer service. Your Impact and Job Responsibilities Greet all residents and guests that come into the community. Open doors for residents and assist with baggage when necessary. Establish and maintain good relations with all residents, prospective residents, and vendors. Communicate in a courteous and professional manner at all times. Maintain a clean and orderly front desk and lobby area. Provide access for guests, delivery, and service personnel at the request of management and residents. Maintain contractor and visitor log. Obtain identification as required. Monitor entrances and exits. Assist with resident and guest inquiries, package deliveries, and directions.
