About The Position
Now Hiring: Downstream Operator Shift/Schedule: Alternative Work Schedule 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM Pay: Base + Shift Differential = $19.50/hour (+ based on experience) Why join our team? We’ve got you covered with on demand pay Quarterly bonuses (based on team achievement and up to 6% of wages) Full benefits package – medical, dental, vision & 401(k) match Generous PTO & holidays Growth opportunities to expand skillsets and enhance career Amazing team & culture focused on: Communication | Community Involvement | Wellness | Employee Activities What You’ll Do Operate and monitor fillers, cappers, labelers, case packers, and palletizers Perform line changeovers, startups, and shutdowns Check product quality (fill, seal, code dates, packaging) Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and support maintenance when needed Keep accurate production and quality records Maintain a clean, safe, and food-safe work area Requirements What You'll Need High school diploma or GED Experience in food or beverage manufacturing preferred (aseptic a plus) Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment quickly Attention to detail and commitment to safety/food quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 12-hour shifts, including weekends
