About The Position

Summary: This position is primarily responsible for cleaning draft lines at accounts and ensuring all draft line equipment is in proper working order.

  • Product knowledge; Ability to solve conflicts in the trade; Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Current valid Florida Driver’s License. This license must comply with our insurance carrier’s guidelines for an acceptable, insured driver.

Responsibilities

  • Follow the AB/Great Bay line cleaning procedures for all accounts which will include but not limited to flushing draught lines with proper solution, breakdown and clean faucets, replace washers, etc.
  • Complete all assigned accounts on a weekly/bi-weekly basis
  • Complete draft line account info in all accounts on a daily basis
  • Complete tap survey in all accounts on a daily basis
  • Have contact with customer each time upon arrival for problems and notify draft techs for any major problems
  • Make sure all taps are in full operation
  • Maintain a stocked truck with supplies and tools needed for daily duties
  • Monitor A-B product rotation and communicate any potential problems to the Team Leader
  • Assist draft techs on other department issues or major installations
  • Ensure compliance with State Beverage regulations
  • Adhere to and promote Great Bay Distributors, Inc. safety program, including safe vehicle operation
  • Follow all Great Bay and AB-I policies
  • Maintain and account for all assigned company equipment. Keep truck cab neat and clean – report any mechanical issues to fleet manager
  • Service accounts every two weeks
  • Respond to supervisors’ calls/emails in a timely manner
  • Compliance with all Equal Employment Opportunity rules and guidelines
  • Ability to appear at work as scheduled, mindful of the company’s attendance policies
  • Ability to accept direction from managers and supervisors
  • Change tavern heads/faucets as needed
  • When PTO is needed, notify supervisor for approval
  • Complete minor repairs. Contact supervisor or Draft Tech is more assistance is required
  • Complete all paperwork neatly and timely
  • Attend all company required meetings
  • Follow all vehicle accident procedures as outlined in policies
  • Must follow all company policies and procedures, must comply with State beverage regulations and Great Bay’s safety program
  • Keep Company provided vehicle clean
  • Must follow instruction
  • Must be adaptable to change; this is including, but not limited to: daily schedule or route, working hours, weekly schedule, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned
