The Drain Plumbing Specialist is responsible for managing drain-related service operations, overseeing repair and replacement projects, and supporting sales and technical development within the Drain Division.

Requirements

Proven experience in residential drain cleaning (required)
Strong sales and communication skills
Comfortable presenting options and closing work
Ability to run service calls independently
Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Texas Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master License)
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Must pass a Background Check & Drug Screen

Responsibilities

Coordinate with the office to ensure all drain cleaning service calls are scheduled and prioritized appropriately.
Respond to qualified drain service opportunities and manage sales leads generated by Drain Technicians.
Perform overflow drain cleaning services as needed to support operational demand.
Oversee all drain repair and replacement projects from initial evaluation through completion, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Supervise and coordinate installation crews responsible for completing approved repair and replacement work.
Provide ongoing sales and technical training to Drain Technicians to improve performance, consistency, and revenue generation.
Maintain high service standards while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
