Requirements

A valid driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.
Strong listening, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented approach to work.

Service Titan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform assigned service calls or in-shop repairs with professionalism and expertise.
Accurately complete required warranty paperwork.
Promote additional products, services, and service agreements to clients.
Track time and inventory daily.
Handle plumbing-related tasks when necessary.
Maintain clear communication with team members.
Properly care for company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
Meet performance goals and adhere to company policies.
Participate in ongoing training to advance your skills.
Obtain necessary certifications (we’re happy to help you get there!)
