What You'll Do: Perform residential and light commercial drain cleaning, maintenance, and inspections. Operate cable machines, jetters, and sewer cameras to diagnose and clear blockages. Provide repair or replacement recommendations with clear communication and integrity. Deliver outstanding customer service through education, empathy, and professionalism. Maintain accurate and timely job documentation in ServiceTitan. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Support teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture. What You Bring: 6+ months of residential or commercial drain cleaning experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting ability, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving mindset. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; plumbing or drain certifications a plus. Team player with integrity, accountability, and a passion for customer care. Must be willing to participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency drain service. Proven attendance record and must be able to pass drug screen and background check. Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs. Ability to frequent stoop, kneel and crouch to work in tight spaces. Ability to climb and work from ladders. Must be able to work in both extreme heat and cold, as well as adverse weather conditions. Requirements

6+ months of residential or commercial drain cleaning experience preferred.
Strong troubleshooting ability, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving mindset.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; plumbing or drain certifications a plus.
Team player with integrity, accountability, and a passion for customer care.
Must be willing to participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency drain service.
