About The Position

As a Residential Drain Technician, you’ll diagnose and resolve drain and sewer issues in customers’ homes using professional equipment and proven techniques. You’ll inspect, clear, and repair residential drain systems while delivering clear communication, honest recommendations, and top-tier customer service. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, problem-solving, and leaving every customer confident that their issue is handled the right way.

Requirements

• A valid apprentice plumber card (must have endorsement)
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
