Requirements
- 2+ years of home services sales experience (required)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A team‑oriented mindset and eagerness to learn and mentor others
Nice To Haves
- Residential plumbing experience a plus
- ServiceTitan experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Utilize sewer cameras to uncover plumbing and sewer issues in customer homes.
- Diagnose sewer and drain issues and prepare accurate repair estimates.
- Create and implement a drain technician training plan to support the sewer sales process.
- Execute the sewer sales process and present clear, customized repair solutions to customers.
- Thoroughly prepare statements of work and supporting documents to hand off projects seamlessly to the installation team.
- Communicate with customers throughout the entire project, ensuring 100% satisfaction at completion.
- Participate in training events and share lessons learned/best practices with the sewer sales team.
- Assist customers with financing options for their projects.
