What You’ll Be Doing Operate drilling equipment safely and efficiently for underground aggregate production. Monitor drilling conditions and make adjustments to optimize performance. Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure reliability. Follow all site safety protocols, hazard controls, and operational procedures. Communicate and coordinate with team members to meet production goals. Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy or specialized equipment.
  • Strong awareness of underground safety practices and hazard recognition.
  • Capability to follow technical procedures and adapt to changing conditions.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Capacity to perform physically active tasks in demanding environments.
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
