About The Position

We are looking for an energetic and charismatic Drive Thru Director to join our team at Chick -fil -A South Two Notch Road & I -20. This “hands -on” management opportunity is designed to give you a career in the most highly -esteemed restaurant chain in the nation while providing a clear roadmap for your professional growth and development. The Drive -thru is a critical component to our restaurant. It delivers as much as 75% of our sales, which means you will have the biggest opportunity to impact more guests and increase profitability than any other manager on our team.

Requirements

2 years of Restaurant Leadership experience (required)
Exceptional organizational skills in a fast -paced environment
Passion for Chick -fil -A's values
Charismatic and motivational personality
Busy body that has high energy and enthusiasm
Open Availability

Bachelor's Degree (highly preferred)

Responsibilities

Delivering operational excellence, working through all areas of the Drive -Thru to ensure a remarkable guest experience
Building high performance teams, identifying and coaching leaders for the Drive -thru
Manage a close knit team of 20+, creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to high standards
Increasing profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, and promote sales
Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
Increase overall restaurant results, working cross -functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high -level collaborative goals
