Driver Meat Hauler
About The Position
Triple C Trucking is seeking Class A delivery drivers with customer service skills and a clean driving record. Routes all within California. Job Responsibilities: Delivers meat for Central Valley Meat Company, Inc. to customer's location of business. Responsible to keep truck clean. Listens to and resolves service complaints. Performs other duties as required. Completes a daily truck log and submits reports of mileage. Observes and reports equipment or mechanical failures immediately. Manages routes and routines so they proceed in the most efficient way possible. Finds ways to conserve resources, including fuel. Serves as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public Conducts daily inspections of the vehicle at the beginning and end of the shift and reports any problems or damage to the Shop Supervisor. Drives truck over established route to dedicated customers. Practices safe work methods at all times. Other duties as assigned. QualificationsJob Qualifications: Valid class A CDL license with a clean driving record with no traffic violations. Comply with all DOT and in-house regulations and rules. Can perform basic math calculations: addition, subtraction, division, & multiplication. Can communicate and work effectively with co-workers. Able to follow oral and written instructions. Can read and write Basic English. High school diploma/GED required. 2+ years’ commercial driving experience required. Must be able to pass drug test and acceptable medical exam. 3 year DMV printout.
