About The Position

Operate the company’s motor coach vehicle for a variety of business-related purposes, with a strong emphasis on safety, customer service, route efficiency, vehicle maintenance, and proper use of onboard and external equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The Driver / Motor Coach Operator safely transports personnel and equipment in a mobile response vehicle to outages, recruiting events, customer engagements, and community functions, then performs complete “setup and take-down” of the coach and its systems. The role ensures continuous readiness in crisis situations by maintaining onboard utilities—including gray and black-water tanks—conducting thorough pre-/post-trip inspections and promptly addressing mechanical issues. Beyond driving, the operator inventories and manages all remote equipment; sets up, tests, troubleshoots, and operates audio-video gear, networking hardware, and power distribution (cables, cords, and strips) in line with MLG & W broadcast and safety standards; and uses computer and mobile applications to monitor vehicle and system performance. Throughout every assignment, the driver delivers a professional, courteous service experience that reflects the company’s values and strict compliance with traffic, OSHA, and DOT regulations. Requirements

  • valid Class B commercial driver’s license
  • valid driver's license from the state of residence
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience operating a motor coach bus
