About The Position

Spiegelworld is looking for a Driver On-Call to join the team at Absinthe at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. The Spiegelworld Driver will be responsible for transporting people and goods in the company vehicle. The Driver must be highly skilled and knowledgeable about the rules of the road as well as the best routes to take in order to get their passenger to their destinations on time. They also must have excellent customer service skills so that they can provide an exceptional experience for their passengers. This role reports to the Absinthe Company Manager. This is an on-call position and the schedule will be based on the team’s needs, and the pay is $25/hour.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience, such as driving for a limousine service, a hotel, a rideshare company or taxi service.
• Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 25 years of age.
• Must have a valid Class C Driver License.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to pass a DOT drug test after a contingent job offer.
• Must wear a company issued uniform
• Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.
• Exceptional interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
• Must be able to communicate with passengers on the road.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in person and over the phone, as well as through written correspondence.
• Must be able to self-manage, work independently, and take initiative within the scope of the position.
• Must have strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Must have basic mechanical skills to be able to perform basic maintenance on the vehicle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an always changing, never dull, creative environment that creates memorable moments.
• Exceptional work ethic, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude and a can-do approach to any request.
• Successful background check clearance prior to hire
• Have valid work authorization for the US

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the Las Vegas or nightlife market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive passengers in Spiegelworld’s luxury car to Spiegelworld shows on the Las Vegas strip.
• Provide assistance with transporting company materials to each Spiegelworld venue, including the corporate office.

• Provide transport to Spiegelworld employees and guests as needed.
• Open doors for passengers upon arrival at their destination.
• Monitor traffic conditions and adjusting speed accordingly to ensure safety.
• Clean the vehicle inside and out according to the Spiegelworld standards.
• Maintain detailed records of mileage, gasoline consumption, repair costs, and other expenses related to vehicle usage.
• Communicate with Absinthe Company Manager to report on location and status.
• Perform regular maintenance on vehicle to ensure they are in good working order.
• Work as a customer service facing role inside of the Green Fairy Garden between transport
• Other duties as assigned by your manager.
• All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Spiegelworld policies, practices, and procedures.
