No prior experience in recruiting or trucking is necessary; we’re prioritizing the right attitude, coachability, and a willingness to learn. Ideal Candidate Attributes: Passionate about engaging with people and fostering relationships Confident phone presence, comfortable with high call volumes including cold calls Motivated, coachable, and eager to acquire new skills Highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Brings a positive attitude and a strong work ethic daily Experience in high-volume sales and meeting minimum quotas is a must
