Carriage Services is an equal opportunity employer. The Driver Transporter will be responsible carrying out removals from homes, hospitals and nursing homes etc.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current Kansas Driver's License
- Ability to lift 75lbs
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Ability to empathize with client families and their guests and demonstrate tact and patience in emotionally charged situations.
- Must be willing to drive a company vehicle and maintain a good driving record and must be insurable under company vehicle insurance.
- Overnights and daytime availability are required (Drivers are on call will be doing removals only.)
- Must be willing to drive to complete removals that can be at times hours away.
- Professionalism and compassion are a must.
Nice To Haves
- Past experience is preferred but am willing to train.
