Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older (required)
High School graduate or equivalent (required)
Must possess a valid Illinois or Wisconsin CDL class 3 with passenger endorsement (required)
Must possess and maintain a clean moving vehicle record (MVR), in accordance with DOT and company policy (required)
A minimum of three years' experience in passenger transportation (required)
Must be able to read, understand, and complete driver trip sheets and read and understand inter-office communications, schedules, or other documents.

Responsibilities

Provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services for residents of the community, upholding all safety and traffic regulations.
Ensure residents are transported to medical appointments, shopping trips, community events, and other outings in a timely and professional manner.
Assist residents with boarding and exiting vehicles, demonstrating attentiveness to special mobility needs while following safety protocols.
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment, including conducting routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance on vehicles weekly.
Complete all other related duties as requested by the Transportation Supervisor or the Director of Resident Services.
