About The Position

SUMMARY: We are searching for a Male Testing Coordinator who will be working with referring agencies in implementing collection, accountability, and transport of male client drug/alcohol testing samples. This individual will be trained and knowledgeable in all aspects of urinalysis collection and accountability processes and is an information resource for probation officers and other customer agencies. The coordinator must have an ability to convey a positive and professional image to clients, staff and visitors and must be able to maintain client confidentiality. Also, this coordinator must be able to perform duties involving light lifting and possess an ability to sit for long periods of time. This position will work at the following locations as needed: St Paul, Cambridge, Apple Valley, and LeCenter. Pay range: $18-$19/hour Hours required: Flexible hours Monday-Thursday, 10:30am-7pm ; Friday 10:30am-5:30pm ; Saturday 10:30am-3:30pm x2-x5 per week and x1-x2 Saturdays a month RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains client records and demographics. Works with referring agencies in implementing collection, accountability, and transport of client drug/alcohol testing samples. Maintains knowledge in all aspects of urinalysis collection and accountability processes. Maintains automated database of collections, transports, and other records as directed. Acts as an information resource for probation officers and other customer agencies. As required, testifies in court concerning collection proceedings and findings. Maintains collection site and ensuring adequate stock of supplies are on hand. Maintains computer records of all samples collected. Prepares computerized reports of results for referring agencies. Cleaning bathrooms including mopping, taking out garbage's and recycle, vacuuming/sweeping, mopping, dusting the areas that drug testing uses.
