About The Position

Koniag Technology and Infrastructure Solutions, LLC (KTIS), a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking Drug Testing Program Administrative Managers (DTPAMs) to support KTIS and our government customer. These positions are part time SCA and are approximately 8-hours per month. The DTPAMs will provide urinalysis specimen administrative support during regularly schedules Air National Regularly Scheduled Drills (RSD) for the Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP). Under the guidance of the Wing Drug Demand Reduction Program Manager (WDDRPM) or the Adjunct DTPAM, you will, within your assigned Air National Guard Service Component, directly provide the administrative support and occasional observation of selected ANG individuals providing urine samples for drug testing.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.
  • Individuals are ineligible to serve as DTPAMs if they have a record of conviction by courts-martial or civilian criminal court for any offense or history of past misconduct involving dishonesty, fraud, or drug abuse (including use, possession, or distribution).
  • Position may be subject to random drug testing.
  • Must be available to work as a civilian contractor on a military installation during all required drill events.
  • Must have on-call availability for emergencies.
  • This position may require a State Criminal History Repository (SCHR) check to be completed on any person selected for this position.

Responsibilities

  • The DTPAM ensures the DDRP collection process and scheduled testing day activity requirements are met.
  • Ensure specimens are collected and bottles sealed in accordance with the DDRP DTPAM brief, ensuring accuracy of all administrative requirements for collected samples.
  • Understand the legal requirements of the position to include the possibility of testifying in a court of law.
  • Follow the instructions and direction of the WDDRPM and Adjunct DTPAM.
  • Employee must confirm with the WDDRPM/Adjunct DTPAM that DTPAM briefing training was completed prior to any the collection process commencing.
  • Provide feedback of the Wing Drug Demand Reduction Programs to the WDDRPM, and Adjunct DTPAM.
  • Notify the WDDRPM/Adjunct DTPAM of any conflicts with scheduled workdays immediately.
