About The Position
As a Dry Goods Keyholder, you play an important role in supporting the management team with store operations. Your focus is to provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store. What You’ll Do: Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals Develop relationships to grow your businessHighlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience Unpack and display stock Maintain a visually appealing and clean store Assist with new hire training Open and close the store for business Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
