About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on technician (dryer vent, HVAC, or similar field — we provide full training ) to join our team. As a Dryer Vent Technician, you will be responsible for installing, cleaning, repairing, and maintaining dryer vent systems for residential and commercial clients. You will need to possess strong mechanical skills, knowledge of HVAC systems, and be able to diagnose and troubleshoot problems. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service.

You have proven experience as a Dryer Vent Technician or similar role
Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
You have High School diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (tools, equipment, ladders)
Comfortable working in confined spaces such as attics, crawl spaces, and utility closets
Ability to climb ladders and work on rooftops safely
Vision, hearing, and manual dexterity to drive, use tools and equipment safely and effectively

Nice To Haves

HVAC license or in School for HVAC license preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Deliver a great customer experience — represent our brand with honesty and professionalism
Recommend and sell services in a way that builds trust and never feels pushy
Use Tablet/iPhone apps to track jobs, reports, and customer payments
Inspect, install, clean, recommend repairs & replacements, and maintain dryer vent systems for residential customers (commercial opportunities as you advance)
Inspect, clean, recommend repairs & replacements for duct/HVAC ventilation systems
Reroute dryer vent systems bringing them up to code
Diagnose problems, follow technical bulletins, and provide solutions in a professional way, adhering to safety regulations and protocols
Install home enhancements like UV/Air Purifier, Whole Home Scent Diffusers, Vent Covers
Communicate clearly with management about schedule changes, job updates, and customer issues
